Leicestershire have a record of 27 girls (under 15 x 14 and under 18 x 13) selected to trial for Midlands across both age groups on 29th January at Loughborough University. This was at 20 girls last year with 13 getting in the squads and previous highest was 12 players trialing for Midlands and 6 getting selected. 27 girls trialing out of our total number of combined squads of 62 is a great strike rate.
