Loughborough University Sevens Rugby Tournament

Run as part of the RFU’s 24/Sevens Series

This year the Loughborough 7’s tournament will be run as a 24/Sevens local qualifier event; where the winner has the chance to progress to the National Finals, held at the Rec in July!!! The tournament is FREE to enter and welcomes local rugby teams, university teams, IMS teams as well as ‘mates’ teams – for a great afternoon of rugby here at Loughborough Uni

Categories: Open – (all sides who want to compete for the highest prize in English 7’s) MALE & FEMALE
Social – (less serious, where less experienced players are exposed to 7’s) MALE ONLY

Winner prizes: Open – £100 behind the bar & the chance to progress in the nationwide competition!!
Social – £50 behind the bar!!

Spectators/ Players: Be prepared for fun festival activities, including a Bucking Bronco/ Inflatables, DJ, food and drink, as well as music and various performances from LSU Societies. The day will be packed with entertainment for students and families both on and off the field and we welcome everyone to come and support your team!! A perfect opportunity to relax, sit back and soak up the sun!!!
