Should you be contacted by a company called ‘Consultiv Utilities’ stating they are working with the RFU regarding clubs’ over-payments of CCL/VAT on Energy Bills, please do not engage.

This is not the case and are NOT working with the RFU.

More importantly, the information they are providing clubs with is very misleading and could create issues for clubs with HMRC.
