Thank you to everyone who played, watched, cheered, coached, cried, screamed and smiled for the camera.

We think we had upwards of 1500 people in attendance at last nights colts and senior county cup finals in support of Lutterworth and Market Harborough Colts, and Belgrave and Syston seniors.

There was a great atmosphere in the Holland and Barrett stand at Leicester Tigers Welford Rd Stadium all helped by great weather.

The colts kicked off at 6pm and in a fast paced match, Lutterworth came through to win 16 -3. Well done to both teams who played the socks off.

The senior game kicked off at 7:45. Syston very quickly took the lead over Belgrave who never gave up and fought hard to get points on the board. Final score 73-12 with Syston the overall winners.

In addition to the finals, we also recognised our hard working volunteers from around the county, nominated by their clubs, each volunteers received a token of appreciation presented by Vicky McQueen BEM, Ex England player with 32 caps. Thanks to Vicky for giving her time to present the awards.
