Please find on the below link a letter from the RFU setting out details of the consultation for Regulation 19.

This letter has been sent to all CB’s and will be sent to Club Discipline Secretaries direct from the RFU

The large section (marked in green) which is mandated content from World Rugby is exempt from edit. If you could therefore focus the feedback on the definitions list and the 5 additional sections in the draft of Regulation 19, we would be grateful.

Deadline for feedback is Wednesday 24 April

Paul Green

It is with great sadness we learned of the passing of Paul Green after his battle with illness and we extend our sincere condolences to his family.
Paul represented the County in his playing days and was a hugely popular player with his peers. Later he became a long standing member of the County Executive offering his commercial expertise and all round sound knowledge of the game in numerous roles, serving terms as President in 2013/2014 and Chairman 2017-2019. In his role as Chairman he led a major project overhauling the County operating structure, introducing many new protocols. This way of working will serve us well for many years.
Paul’s balanced view could always be relied upon when dealing with matters of the day and his ability to navigate through complex issues with a solution was a great skill.
He was a tremendous servant to his beloved Hinckley Rugby Club, as a former Captain, Committee Member, previous Chairman and Current President.

RIP Paul we will all miss you
