Age Grade Rugby
Age Grade Rugby (AGR) In Leicestershire is a player centered, development driven and competition supported approach to 6-18 year old rugby, is underpinned by the wants and needs of young players.
Leicestershire Rugby Union fully endorses the key RFU Guidance and works closely with its member clubs to adhere to the spirit and core values of the Age Grade Game in Leicestershire.

Festivals and Competitions
Leicestershire Rugby Union proudly hosts festivals and competitions for all age groups from U7’s through to Colts. They are run in accordance with AGR guidelines; for full information please click the relevant links below.
Rules
Tag festivals are for ages U7’s and U8’s LRU-Tag-Rules-2016_17.1
Mini Festivals are for ages U9’s to U13’s LRU-MiniFestival-Guidelines-2018_19
Junior Competitions are for ages U14’s to U16’s Leicestershire-Rugby-Union-Age-Grade-Rugby-Comps-Rules-2324
Colts Competitions are for U17’s and U18’s Insert Comp rules
