Nominations open at Midday on Tuesday 10th January and close at Midday on Monday 20th February 2017.
With the support of Mitsubishi Motors, we want to recognise all volunteers who have made a great contribution to their club and community – no matter what their age or gender or role they fulfil, whether on or off the pitch, behind the scenes or on the committee.

Tell us why you have nominated your chosen volunteer and what they have done, in no more than 100 words.
Every nominated volunteer will be invited to attend one of 42 drinks reception events, held at Mitsubishi Motors dealerships in various locations throughout England, in May and June 2017.
Exclusive Mitsubishi Motors Volunteer Recognition prizes will be awarded to attendees, and each of the 42 events will announce one Volunteer of the Year finalist. These finalists will then be invited to a black tie awards event at Twickenham Stadium – the home of England Rugby – on Friday 15th September 2017.
