Calling all Under 16 Girls – applications are now open for the 2025/26 England Rugby Player Development Group – Foundation Stage (U16 Girls Leics).
Assessment dates 4th, 11th & 18th August. The first two sessions are for new players or players wishing to be reassessed. The final session is with the whole squad. All sessions are at LFRFC at postcode LE3 3PJ.
Run and funded by England Rugby and delivered by Leicestershire Rugby Union, this is a fantastic opportunity to take your game to the next level. The PDG-f programme is the first step on the England Rugby pathway, focused on building strong core skills, physical fitness, and most importantly – a real love for the game.
